I went here to get tips and dip powder removed. I loved that they didn't grind it off with the drill. They took the time to properly soak off the nails. They also did not use the drill on my natural nail which I very much appreciated and did a great job reapplying the dip. It took a little longer than it would have anywhere else but they paid close attention to detail and I feel that they truly cared about my experience and the quality of their work.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. The main issue was it’s dirty. They used unclean tools. The nail file, buffer and cuticle clippers weren’t sterilized and had obvious nail “dust “ on them. He didn’t wipe the table after the previous patron, only put down a clean towel. The artist didn’t take the time to use cuticle oil. He spent maybe 30 seconds on the hand massage. It was clear he had no desire to offer a proper (or clean) manicure. Unbelievable.

Had a powder dip manicure at the place around the corner, it looked ridiculous - way too thick, bumpy, residue all over my fingers... I came to Y nails the next day to have my nails redone, so glad I did. My manicure looks 1000% better. They did a fabulous job, took their time and really made my nails look great.

I scheduled an online appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early, was told my appointment was actually 25 minutes later, which it wasn’t. I received a pedicure. Nothing special, average, probably too expensive for the environment. The place is updated, but it’s the exact same service as the cheaper places, so you don’t need to waste your money here. I also had an eyebrow wax, this was horrible. I had already been here for 45 minutes and they never thought to get the wax heated. I had to get to work, so I needed to go when she told me it would be an additional 15 minutes before the wax is heated. I mentioned that I’d been here for 45 minutes already and they knew I was getting both services. She then took me back and attempted the wax anyway. I should have known it wouldn’t work out. Basically, still need another wax after what she did. It’s about the worst one I’ve ever had done. Once I got back to my car with better lighting I noticed an entire section that hadn’t been touched. When I called, she says I could come back in, but I was on my way to work by then. Then she says she could reimburse me on Venmo when I asked for a refund. I sent her my Venmo information and I’m still waiting, no refund yet, just a comment saying thanks?nnDon’t bother going here, not good service, not good quality work. It was a waste of time and over priced. Will never be going back and will not recommend!

That’s wonderful place for relaxing. I’d love the way how to massage pedicure and the full set manicure so amazing design on my nail. Thanks a lot ! I would come back every 2 week.
