Walked in without appointment and they were able to help me right away. Very clean, maybe a bit dated. Reasonably priced, and it looks great. Foot massage was fantastic, very nice staff.

Mark did my nails today. He took his time and was careful and thorough. I got a full set with dip and it’s one of the best manicures I’ve had in months. The price was great for the service provided.

I went in with my two sisters for us to get our nails done. We were all seated at the exact time. My sisters were both seen to right away while I waited for the next available technician. While I waited I was completely ignored and they sat three other customers who came in after me. One for a pedicure and two for full set manicures. I was ignored. My one sister left and since I was waiting I said I’d pay for hers. I waited another 15 minutes. No one said a word to me. I finally asked the lady coming over to me if I could just pay for my sister’s nails. They asked if I wanted my nails done. I no longer had the time. I waited an hour for someone to even speak to me. I felt humiliated. Then when I pointed out that multiple people had been seated after me but still got their services before me...I was offered a single apology. I understand that things happen. The only time I was talked to was when I was told to move from my seat to another one. Please do better with future customers.

I recently moved here for college and me and my friends decided to come here to get our nails done. both of us wanted color only and oval shaped nails but they gave us full acrylic nails although we had only stated we wanted color not acrylics. we’re really disappointed because we told them exactly what we wanted and they did the complete opposite. our nails look nice but it’s not what we asked for

Worst customer service. Nail techs rotate around randomly and left me waiting multiple times throughout my pedicure. Ended up taking 90 minutes to get a basic pedicure. Clearly not enough staff yet they kept accepting walk-ins.
