Great customer service! I was helped immediately upon entering the store, by Dave. He was very thorough explaining about the chairs I was interested in buying. When I mentioned I would be moving to the eastern slope soon, he said they are not able to deliver there. But he still gave me a catalog of the brand of furniture that I want, and circled the style and size I'd preferred so I can buy one in my new area. I can't say enough about the service and friendliness of this young man! I will be recommending your store to family and friend. And if anyone is looking for comfortable, long lasting furniture, that is easy on your spine and endorsed by the American Chiropractic Association, you need to try their Stessless line of chairs and other furniture. You will not be sorry!

Dave was great to work with regarding a failure on a chair. While the manufacturer refused to cover under warranty due to their perceived misapplication of the chair Dave stepped in and replaced the necessary components at Holmanhouse own expense. Customer support like that is hard to find these days.

Yvette was very helpful, and the customer service as a company, is amazing. She stayed in touch with us all through the process, and was always available. They even loaned us a couch while we waited for the manufacturer to make our new sofa.nnHighly recommended for the service and quality they provide.nnWe are very pleased! Thank you guys. We have always purchased our furniture from Holman over the years and cant say enough about the Store. Recently purchased a new chair for our baby Nursery and we cant say enough about how much we love the chair and the service of the new owners. If you have not been here before go in and meet the new family/owners, they are wonderful people and you can really tell they care and are passionate about what they do.
