Shout out to Stephen in Grand Junction! I appreciate him so much. Admittedly I am a high maintenance customer and he is so knowledgeable!! He is down to earth and fun to work with. Patient and kind. He really made a big difference in my bringing down the stress level of such a big purchase decisions. I have extremely high expectations for customer service. Stephen is above and beyond exceptional.

The delivery guys were incredibly nice! I loved the delivery tracking system - it was updated regularly which made it very easy for me to leave work to meet them at my house. Highly recommend!!

Very pleased with my new power reclining couch with center fold out table and lights! The couch arrived a little darker then the model on the floor, but I am still very pleased. Dillon and Keenan sales reps were both very helpful during my purchasing process. The delivery crew were prepared, capable and friendly. Would highly recommend this store. Professionalism and manners by all their staff did not go unnoticed.

Quality furniture for a fair price. I have bought many furnishings from AFW , they are beautiful and were delivered in a timely manner without damage. The employees that have done the deliveries have all been friendly and professional.

From the beginning, Joseph was great in helping me select the furniture, the follow up prior to delivering was outstanding and the two men who delivered the furniture, Kevin and Derek, were great. It's been a pleasure doing business with American Furniture! Thanks to everyone.
