They have been the best doctors I've seen in my whole life. They actually work in making you healthy instead of trying to sell you don't pill they are getting paid to prescribe. Newberry one had an issue with them, they do get s bit grumpy if you're late but they are always in thing with my appointment on the dot.nnEven after I get insurance back in still going try and get care through them because they've done so well for me.

Just watched a man get turned away because nobody could help him as he only spoke Spanish. This is a Public health clinic maybe staff needs more training in order to help EVERYONE not just those who speak English

Hygienist was awesome, very respectful, sensitive and communicative. I felt at ease and I will continue to go to Marillace even though I now have insurance. I trust and like their staff.

I have gone to Marrilac clinic for a long time with my family. Dr. Diez never actually cares about my concerns, says I’m a healthy women and sends me on my way. I called about applying for a Marrilac card and Sarah, who I spoke to on the phone, was very rude and lacked empathy. I was polite about everything and her responses were always rude and degrading. I just had a couple questions and she was even rude about the way I left my message and said I was speaking too fast. I apologized but she didn’t acknowledge it.

My husband had a car accident and was told to see his primary with ongoing issues! I had to call 3 days in a row to even get him seen and then the. Provider was more insistent on going over my husbands previous mental problems then addressing the reason he was there! My husband finally got so worked up he just left! He wasn’t asking for pain meds he was trying to see why he was still hurting so bad on his neck, back and stomach after hitting the steering wheel! This is not the first time issues haven’t been a priority! He is always made to feel stupid or inadequate!
