SpringHill Suites by Marriott Grand Junction Downtown/Historic Main Street

I think I found a guy that actually understands how Custer service works. Sam should be head of hospitality for the entire chain of hotels! He went above and beyond to meet our needs and make us feel welcome. He and the other staff are by far the best I have run I to in a long time. The hotel is nice as well. Clean rooms, decent bar and the accommodations are good and comfy.

After traveling a long day the kids expected to swim. Front desk said only 1 person to the pool at a time. Kids disappointed. Yours was the only hotel that said the kids could not swim together. 1 kid was in the pool for 1 hour alone. Could have gone to Holiday Inn they allowed all the kids to swim. We came to your hotel thinking it would be better. We were wrong. Very disappointed.

Stayed here for a anniversary staycation. Room was clean and actually had a small divider giving it a living room that was separate from the bedroom. No in room coffee, but probably due to the scamdemic. You could get it downstairs at the free breakfast, which was mostly grab and go type foods. Located in downtown close to 3 to 4 restaurants that are open for breakfast, so we just ate at one of those. Overall a pleasant experience here.

People who worked there where so great room was not to clean it was very damaged and on top of it we where charged thirty something dollars extra for parking and room taxes would be nice to know before you stay there

Due to inclement weather, my family and I weren’t able to make the reservation. Explained the circumstance to the GM, Greg, who declined compensation due to “no show!” Considering the strenuous driving conditions and the stressful night in finding alternative nights stay a bit of courtesy and empathy would have been welcomed. I will never book w/SpringHill (Marriott).
