Extremely unsatisfied with this store location. Ive need to come in this store several times since living in the area, worked with multiple employees and they were very unwilling to help. I thought I’d try a different night, new faces, new answers. All the same, they didn’t have suggestions to help with changing phones, how to work phones or how to use their protection. They actually told me I should switch service somewhere else twice. I’ve had service for over 10 years with T-Mobile and this is the first time I’ve concerned moving to Verizon though it’s more expensive. The staff at this location needs work in several areas.

Just waited outside a locked door with another lady for 10 minutes while some guy without a mask wandered around inside

The guys in there were very courteous and helpful.

The two men at the TMobile store at Pierce and Coal Mine, Dalton and Wahed were extremely helpful in helping us set up our phones. We appreciate all their help and patience. Feel very comfortable going into that store and asking for their help. Thank you Dalton and Wahed.
