Robert was awesome! I wanted to upgrade, he showed me different options, was very patient & extremely helpful. My son was getting his fist phone. Robert had some great suggestions for him & he loves what we choose. I definitely recommend this metro pcs!!

I went to this store with the intent to purchase a upgrade on my account but found they had very little phones in stock. I was ready to settle on a phone that they did have but the kid at the register was to fixated on how I was wearing my mask. I'd adust my mask to were I thought was to his likings and then I'd go back to asking more questiond bout the phone. Not a chance. Would you believe every 15 seconds this kid would interupt or stop this transaction from from happening to day I'm not wearing my mask right. I mean I thought I was wearing it right adjusted it for him. You'd think he had gone a mask wearing seminar. Needless to say i didn't get my phone. What gives? In the end I saw him through the window kinda giggly and kinda dancing to music only he heres. So I just chalked it up as a lazy joe whod find any reason not to do his job.
