Wow what an awesome store now, this new store staff is so interactive and understood what I needed! I have had trouble with customer service in the past but this is my new store! Thank you Raquelle, Jorge, Ethan and Michael! Service with a smile and great atmosphere!

Went to T-Mobile for a new phone. The employees there were over the top exceptional. My experience there was amazing. I got my phone and even came home with a free tablet. Very happy customer!

I came in to open 2 lines with 2 trade ins. The store was practically empty with 4 agents available. The entire trade in took 2.5 hours, they added 4 lines to my account and messed up the iPhone trade in. Now I’m spending time with cs trying to resolve their mistake. Would highly recommend visiting another store.

I normally hate going into T-mobile stores as they treat me like a dollar sign...(I'm in sales so I recognize its how they are paid but I dislike super aggressive sales people who clearly hate their jobs and just want to make money). It was so awesome to walk into a store, be greeted and spoken to like a person. I even laughed a bunch while he asked great discovery questions and I was sold. I will never go to a different t-mobile store again!
