Ruby was very helpful with helping my whole family get our new phones set up! She was very patient and did a great job relaying information to us. Overall really great service!

Just had my new iPhone 12pro max activated and the liquid glass screen protector put on . Wahed the store manager was awesome! Better service then what I ever got at the Sprint store! Thanks for being patient with me and getting my new phone activated with no problems!

My brand new phone froze up while dealing with a personal medical emergency. I tried everything possible to no avail. I immediately took the phone in. Ruby and Jennifer listened to me. They understood that I needed this phone for my medical issues and they went above and beyond. And though they weren't able to resolve the issue, they got me to the people that did. They were amazing and compassionate and kept me from having a break down. Ruby and Jennifer are the epitome of great customer service. Thank you both so much!
