The mattress started to sag in the middle.nI spoke with the manager Ali, he scheduled an appointment to assess the mattress.nAfter inspecting the mattress, he deemed it to be definitely replaceable.nI was asked to come in to choose a replacement mattress. 2 weeks later, he replaced it himself, took the old mattress and never charged me for the delivery.nI highly recommend Sleep Heaven.
