Videotel Digital

My overall experience with Videotel and their products has been very positive. My interactions with the Videotel team has been pleasant and professional. I ordered the VP71XD with the IPM+ to use in connection with an Extron control system for a stand alone emergency messaging system. The products came in a well protected and presentable box with all the cables necessary to connect to any system. Also included in the box was a USB drive and SD card! I have never seen that included with any products before. I was able to get the system up and running quickly. I will be using Videotel products again in future projects.

We chose VideoTel products for the quality and flexibility of the equipment. We prefer to stay on the cutting edge of interactive experiences, having automation and triggering options readily available is very important to us. Additionally support provided by Videotel has been great. When we’ve needed help with video files Videotel was on the phone with us in just a few minutes. Getting the custom trigger cable made in just a couple of days kept us in a position to beat our project deadline! We appreciate that level of service!

Yakima Valley Museum is excited to be using the VP90 4K/1080 Industrial Networked Signage Player coupled with the IPM+ custom harness. This system will play on-demand videos for our museum guests at several locations where it is important that visitors have the ability to choose the video clips they want to watch in either English or Spanish. We have found this system to be extremely good value for money, easy to set up and very responsive with instant change over from one video to the next. We are also very excited to be using the dual HyperSound 2 Speaker Stereo System which we anticipate will be perfectly suited to museum use where it is important that sound not be disruptive. The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant is extremely pleased with our new Videotel multimedia player. The player is now providing high-resolution video to our many guests. It was extremely easy to create the video as a simple export from PowerPoint. Do not underestimate this powerful device – this is not just a JPG player – it can play countless video formats. It is also very easy for our staff to start the player each morning – one simple touch to the outlet strip and both the Videotel and the display start right up. We have more applications for the Videotel players coming up soon!
