Love walmart ...but you guys ! Where is the tarina fe ?

I started taking film rolls a couple of months ago. In my experience, the photo department is almost always empty. I've had to go to electronics to get someone to attend to me. Most of the times, I've been helped by other Walmart associates from the store and not the photo associates. According to Walmart associates, my film rolls get sent out to Fuji for developing, and I supposedly get my prints back within five days. Well, that's not always been the case. Two rolls of film were delayed for a month. One roll was lost. And another incident, my film roll was sitting in their drop off box for a week. Walmart photo associates are supposed to send out the film on Tuesdays and Thursday's. That means my roll of film missed pick up, twice. I must say that the prices are good, but not good enough to go through this type of service. I've taken my business elsewhere.
