When I say the employees customer service here is above and beyond, I’m not joking! Time and time again when I have an issue with my plan or phones I come straight to this location to see my favorite rep Nafikah! Not too long ago, me and my family were on the market for a new plan when I happened to walk into this location for a new phone case. After spending some time chatting with Nafikah, it was evident that she was going to make my switch from T-Mobile to Verizon an easy and smooth transition (which she did!)! She truly cares about what you need and she went above and beyond to make sure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision for my families new plan! Even after we purchased new phones, cases, and screen protectors for my daughters, Nafikah stayed around to help them with installing their screen protectors to make sure it was done professionally! Highly highly recommend this location for any of your phone/plan needs!!!
