Such good customer service. Aldrin was the rep who assisted my husband and I. We originally came in because of problems with my online account and accessing information. He was able to assist us with that problem. Then we were interested in a phone upgrade. He explained a really great new promotion that was saving us alot on the transfer and he walked us through all the steps it would take from a trade in to the payments and we were able to walk out with a new phone at alot less then we had expected. He was patient and friendly through our many inquiries and we could not have had a better experience. Thank you Aldrin !

Spoke with a young lady right now & she provided great customer service. I was inquiring about getting on my own plan since I share with someone.

This location is in a great area, but the manager here is not pleasant to deal with, so I go out of my way to go elsewhere.

T-Mobile is great but this specific location is run by a horrendously rude, and unhappy manager. (Her name is Eliana) She also covers her name tag on purpose. I have video as proof. Talks down to clients, and retaliates if you question her. Spend your money elsewhere.nnPs…If you do not believe me read the past reviews on Yelp!
