Ross Dress for Less

I went to the Ross in Chula Vista 3rd Ave and saw a young lady that was so helpful, kind and willing to assist me I have to let it be known. This young lady was brand new, but the fact that she was eager to learn and help tells me a lot about who she is. I cant remember her name but it started with a T. I must say she is a postive assest to the company.

Very clean.nBig store.nAt this moment, i would say, they need a little more clothes.but its understandable because of the covid19.nMay be they have lower sales..?nBut still very good prices y great quelity

Efficient and pleasant cashier as he handled my many returns from different days and different Ross locations. Active and professional managers. As to the clientel, some were nowhere near the standard set by the friendly staff
