Ross Dress for Less

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ross. The security at the entrance very professional and friendly he even offered hand sanitizer at the entrance and when we left the store. The cashier was really nice and welcoming. They made us feel safe and that they really care about our shopping experience at their store. This is the best ROSS I have ever been to in my entire life. I'm from Chicago though. The Ross's there are much less well stocked and the lines are insane. At like all of them. This one a dream, quick line, huge selection.

First let me start by saying that I do a lot of shopping here I know the space is very small for the type of store that it is so there's not a huge selection of stuff that you would find in many of the other roses now this store is almost always full of customers buying stuff so they do tons of business here the staff from my experience are very friendly the floors are clean . However some if the aisles are tight for handicapped people with mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs but other than that this is a great store .

Fantastic place to find on trend clothing for the whole family at reasonable prices. I love to shop at Ross because they take customer service seriously.nIf there is a line they get you through it quickly. I can find stuff I need for my house at such great prices. This is by far one of my favorite places to shop for gifts for my family and friends.

lines get really long at times and the men's section is limited customer service is good though.
