Outstanding facilities, on the Hyatt premises. Not cheap but reasonable for an upscale resort. Staff was excellent. I got a massage from Vanessa who was exceptional

Great cut and color by Jackie. Great facility and lovely spot for a cut. I was reluctant to have my haircut at a hotel but Jackie was really wonderful.

Great place to relax and unwind with my friends! These zero gravity lounge chairs were super comfortable! Services were excellent! We will have to make a return trip before long!

I had a wonderful experience here. So incredibly relaxing. There are many services to choose from and I will be back each time I visit to sample more. The pedicure and food massage from Valarie was perfect. Love everything about this place.

It was just okay.nnI have been to better spas, like across the street at the Miramonte.nnPrices were much higher than should be for the services, and then an automatic 20% on top of it.nnThe facility was barely adequate, when we were at the Miramonte, we spent the day, lounging and relaxing at the spa. There are waterfalls, grottos, pools and hot tubs, for couples to enjoy. Here, there wasn't really anything but patio chairs next to a reflecting pool or lake, oh and a sauna in the locker room.nnWe went, got treatments, and left, unfufilled.
