Wanted to try the Cookie Plug after seeing a lot of hype online and wish I never wasted my money. The only thing I was impressed with was the cool box the cookies come in. Aside from that, the poor packaging caused the cookies to be delivered squished, and inside they were mostly broken and dry. I also noticed that the flavors I requested didn’t match what I received. Also, my kids were also disappointed and I thought they would be excited about cookies no matter what. The box instructs customers to inform the company if you’re not satisfied, so I did. Despite doing so, I have yet to receive a response. Gave them a few weeks and still nothing so here’s a review to hopefully encourage better customer service and delivery for your other customers. I definitely won’t be ordering again.
