I am so glad I discovered this repair store. I had to change a battery in my sun's iPhone. Before coming to CPR, I had to visit the Apple Store in Mission Viejo Mall three days in a row with no positive result, only sales pitches after long waits.nnToday, I went directly to CPR from the Apple Store. There was no wait, went straight to business, and it took only a half an hour to change the battery with no additional costs but for battery change.nnTheir website is great too. The scheduling system is straight forward and the scheduling process is very efficient; but there is no problem with just dropping in. You can check the status of your repair online and if you call, there will be a live person talking to you, not an automated system.nnI would recommend this business to anybody. If you have an Apple product, especially if it is out of warranty, don't bother with Apple store. Go to CPR and support a local business.

I've gone here twice for phone repair, both were great experiences.nThe first time I paid for their cellphone drying service. My phone was pretty busted and they where very honest with me that the repair may not work, and never attempted to push the service.nThe second time they repaired my screen AND display for my one plus 6t. I brought in my pc to get a battery replaced. Not only did the staff get my battery replaced honoring the warranty, they did so while keeping to my schedule so I did not have to miss a single day of work.
