My wife and I came across this store looking to upgrade our current mattress. We were attracted by the positive reviews and after just a few minutes in the store we understood the hype. Richard is a great salesman. He is very knowledgeable and was patient with all of our questions. Furthermore he took COVID safety seriously and had a very clean store. Richard made everything easy and pain free. The purchase process was very pleasant and the delivery team was excellent.nnIf you're looking for a new mattress look no further!

great customer service me and my wife were looking around and went to three different stores before checking out mattress pros. All the other places didn’t really seem to care if a customer was in the store but Richard really made me and my wife feel comfortable. He had every beverage in his mini fridge including wine & beer complementary. And we were hanging out with Richard as if we’d been friends for 20 years. We ended up buying a mattress and he was truly an expert. He gave us a great deal & even gave us a gift because it was our anniversary present. Richard will be my mattress guy for now on and I can’t recommend this mattress store more !

Great customer service from this store. Compared to all the other places I have been to, this is by far the best. It not only is it very clean, but the prices are the cheapest that I’ve seen. Richard was amazing at helping me getting a mattress to fix my lower back pain that couldn’t be solved from the other mattress store’s. If you have any problems with sleeping I highly recommend anyone to come here to get the best night’s sleep for the rest of your life.

Love that this mattress store is very clean! Especially in these pandemic times!nnMy mom and I were welcomed and greeted from the moment we walked in the store by Richard. He was very pleasant and asked how our day was doing while social distancing. It doesn’t feel like a mattress store! It’s so peaceful when you walk in.nnMy mom has a dislocated disk on her lower back and it was hurting when we had arrived there. My mom and I though we’re having such a great time, not being pressured. Thank fully Richard was very attentive and right away he knew which mattress would help my mom to sleep better at night.nnShe’s so happy! Recently went to Mattress Pros this past weekend looking for a new mattress. I’ve have bought many mattresses in my life and dealing with Richie and his team of professionals at his store was the best thing that has ever happened to me! They treated me like family and made me feel really good about my purchase. They also made sure the mattress I bought was the right fit for me and really diagnosed everything I needed in a mattress! Can’t say enough good things about this place! Definitely check them out! Mattress Pros is amazing!
