Copenhagen Pastry

Very tasty Danish pastry. Learned that term as a teenager in the sixties courtesy of commercial brands in grocery stores or small delis in the NYC metro area. This bakery has the real thing that was the inspiration for those mass produced products. The flaky crust is the most important element IMHO. Copenhagen Pastry delivers on that. Enjoyed the poppy seed, raspberry and cinnamon rolls.

Gorgeous, deliciously light, flaky pastries! We went with staff recommendations and picked out a mixed box on Sunday afternoon to enjoy this week with our morning coffee at home. This wonderful little shop is such a treat and a welcome break from the heavy and overly sweet pastries we are accustomed to here in the U.S.!

Delicious pastries, good prices, and friendly, helpful staff. Limited number of customers indoors and masks required as pandemic precautions. Fantastic business. Definitely worth a visit.

This place is FanTastic, a true authentic danish experience, so that instantly melts in your mouth, leaving you with delight and joy!nEvery time I visited this place I was presented with smiles and freshest pastries in LA!nYou can Park on street (standard meters) however I usually get in and out so quick that won’t need to put coins in! They also have two customer parking spot.

Close your eyes, bite into these pastries, and you will believe you are in Copenhagen. Yes, it’s really that sublime. Helpful and kind staff, wide selection, and prices that can’t be beat. I can’t wait to go back!
