Ryan is great! He helped us choose a mattress, taught us about the various types and made the whole process easy. Did I spend more on a mattress than I wanted? Yes. Did I make the right choice? Yes. Ryan didn’t put any pressure on at any point. He’s a really nice person who should be given a promotion and a huge raise. Walked in with the sole purpose of checking out a Purple mattress and was quickly greeted by the employees; Kris was the one who helped me out. He prompted me to the sanitation station where I sanitized my hands and grabbed a pillow cover, then he walked me over to the Purple mattresses. As a previous reviewer said, not pushy at all. He did ask if I was interested in looking at other mattresses and respected my wishes when I said I really wasn't. He was informative and provided me with feedback on how each mattress affected my alignment based on his observations. Overall a very smooth and easy process, thank you Kris.

I was quickly educated by Ana with all the different mattresses that they had to offer as well as the adjustable bases. By the time she finished showing us all the options, we knew exactly what we wanted.nAna is super friendly and easy to work with. Called in because I wanted to compare the purple matress with Nectar. They had both models on the floor. Went with complete different model that I had in mind. So glad I went in instead of going by online reviews and regretting the purchase after. Very happy with what I got, and was actually a better price. No hassle. No negotiations. No pressure.
