BOUGHT A CHILD'S WATERPROOF WATCH. ONCE EXPOSED TO WATER, IT STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED. As an update 9/12/19- I was offered a refund or a new watch. I appreciate this kind of customer service.

I bought my grandkids watches and they didn't come with the sm card that it required went to Walmart and they said you have to call the company so I looked it up and no phone number so I am stuck with two watches they can't use .12/26/19nNot very impressed and the instructions were so tiny can't readnWont buy things again like thisnThanks shelly

I purchased a HD DVR camera surveillance kit. It is missing a CD with set up instructions. Having realized this I attempted to return the package at Wal-Mart and was told I was unable to do so. I contacted the manufacturer only to be given the run around. I didn't get what it was missing nor the shipping label needed for the return. This is not good service.

I purchased a100 watt duel pen photography kit which i recieved on June 25 thru Walmart Marketplace. Three days after a return date of Sept 22, one of the pens caught fire in my hands. I've sent messages to the company inquiring about what recourse i have. Istill have not had a reply. 120 dollars I'd a lot of money to me for a product not to last any longer than that.
