I knew this company wasn't on the level when they tried to tell me my PS4 controller was delivered after I told them I never got it, and then tried to tell me to verify my address through a neighbor. After they agreed to send a new one, I tried it out and the R2 button barely functions, if ever. The directional pad doesn't work the greatest, either. I ordered this through Wal-Mart, expecting an actually PS4 brand controller, and I get a knockoff instead. I'll never order anything online through Wal-Mart again.

I order a ps4 controller it was defective so I went to Walmart to return it and I got my refund the next day only for them to take the money out again!! What TF

Due to COVID-19 and my age I logged into walmart.com, ordered a Sony PS4 controller for my visiting Grandson. It wasn't a Sony PS4 controller and it didn't work. I went into a local Walmart to exchange it and was told it wasn't sold by them. What the what? Was instructed by Walmart to contact Coutlet. I went ahead and purchased another Sony PS4 controller while I was in the Wal-Mart store. Went home and contacted Coutlet informed them the controller did not work. I had purchased one at the local Walmart store while attempting to return it there. Coutlet wanted me to do a video to prove that the control didn't work. No they should've made sure it worked before they sent it. Their was several contacts, emails between Coutlet, myself and Wal-Mart. Anyways I received NO refund from NO ONE! There is several bad reviews for this company so that let me know that Wal-Mart is aware of the problems/issues their customers is experiencing from Coutlet.n*****PLEASE tell me why is Walmart ALLOWING these crooks - Coutlet to sell junk to their customers on their website? NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR WAL-MART.

I order PS4 controller 2 an received product an was the wrong controller. I went back a forth own returning. They tried get all these tacks about keeping an giving some one else they refund me 20% of cost then return an they will charge me a 25% restocking fee. WHEN I requested address to return they have yet to respond. Be careful order thru Walmart did not they where advertising on there page

First of all I thought I was ordering from Walmart. If I new I was ordering from Coutlet I would of read the reviews and NOT ordered.nMy husband ordered what he thought was a PS4 controller and it literally worked for 10 minutes.nIt obviously was a knockoff and the R2 button never worked.nThis is a shame that they scam their customers.nEspecially at this time when money is scarce and you choose to spend it on something your family enjoys and get scammed. They should be ashamed.
