Metro Towing

I needed a jump and to confirm if I needed a new battery and or alternator. I called for roadside assistance through my insurance company and luckily was connected right away to Metro Towing. Hands down the BEST and most Efficient, Friendliest, Patient, and Knowledgeable experience I've ever had. I mean from the first point of contact the operator who took my call was thorough and understanding. She even made me laugh which eased my stress immediately. I knew I was in good hands and that she was experienced. When I tell you that the Tow Service truck arrived EXACTLY when she said it would 15 minutes later, I mean I have never had that happen before. I'm used to calling for status and feeling stranded. The driver's truck didn't fit in the garage so he called me and walked to my car and fixed the problem. Then he educated me on why it happened and recommended a safe way to prevent it.nI rarely give reviews because I don't know if people believe or read them but everything I've shared is the experience everyone should have in any industry. Definitely use METRO TOWING if only for peace of mind.

They showed up quickly as I was in a rough spot. Very patient, courteous and professional. When needed was able to reach out to a fellow driver for support. Will definitely use Tony for all my future towing needs.

I used Matt at Metro Towing yesterday to two our car to the body shop to have a new bumper put on. I couldn't drive it because the bumper was falling off and wouldn't drive without it hitting the pavement. Matt was such an efficient tow truck driver; he was on time, kept me apprised of when he was on his way and how far he was from our house, and he was quick and so efficient that I didn't even need to be outside while he was setting up the tow! Also, he was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him if you need any type of service like this.
