Panera Bread

Great service, and great simple food choices, tasty baking goods and bread, in a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Strongly recommend as we are one of the biggest fans of Panera Bread. We really enjoyed their new and largest store as we visited it today on east of Appleton on Calumet Street. Keep up the good work!nnHope they can keep up their good service at their new added location, unlike what we have been observing on West of Appleton location on College Ave.

Best food ever. Great variety of preservative free food! It all has so much flavor, probably because it's all real food. I highly suggest the steak and cheese sandwich or the apple pecan salad.

Sheila was very kind and stopped what she was doing to assist me and take care of my needs. She made me feel at home and made it apparent that I was important! I will remember my experience and look forward to coming back! Thank you Sheila!

Horrible customer service at the rapid pick up area. My food was 25 minutes late and the staff did not acknowledge anyone standing there when we walked in. The employee manning the food counter for orders ready to go was too busy talking to other staff than to watch the orders. I watched orders piling up on the counter and watched eat in customers reach around her to get their own food off the counter. We have been to this location 3 times and this by far was the worst service we received. Luckily they have good food, we will only order from the counter from now on.

Panera is Panera so it’s good. However, what made this experience great was the front end worker Joy. She was so delightful and really lived up to her name. I’ll be back to this location because of the quality of customer care delivered by her.
