Place is closing down 4/1, or “switching locations” if you have a gift card I’d use it quick or ask for a refund. Terrible customer service - if you are looking for a nice spa who actually treat their customers well, try These Hands! They won’t disappoint.

Massage was amazing along with whirlpool tub-perfect for pre bachelorette parties. Front desk individual was rude from when I booked the appointment and when we paid and tipped. She was unable to recommend any services for 3 women to enjoy together when I originally called. Sometimes guidance is helpful. Unfortunately no other places were available for day. If you don’t mind the rude greetings, again the massages-foot and Swedish were great.

I have been here several times but it's been a couple of years. I have never been disappointed until today. It was first odd that I was asked to pay for my service as I checked in. I paid with a card and added the gratuity before the service?; seemed strange. I told the therapist exactly where my pain points were and wanted the focus there. It seemed like she just got started on my shoulders, which was one of my focus areas, and it was over. I thought she was just warming up my muscles with the pressure she used, before she began the deep tissue massage, but that was it, never got to the deep pressure. I paid for a one hour deep swedish massage. It was definately not a deep tissue massage. I will, unfortunately, need to look for another place.

Very poor massage therapists. The management I would not even reccomend she operate a dig kennel. Arrogant with poor customer service skills. A one star rating is 10 stars to high. Will never return. Patrons Beware.

For a place that looks high end, we received subpar service. The bolster was freezing & the therapist was in a hurry to get it over with. My massage was in the basement of the facility. Afterwards I was asked how it was & said it was ok, but questioned why my time was shortened. I had gone with someone else as a gift, so was unaware that we had two different times scheduled (not their fault). When I found that out it made sense that the service was done in a rush. I had asked if the massage was 45 minutes (I noticed I was massaged for 39) & was told that scheduled times includes getting dressed/undressed. I get massages monthly & have never experienced that before. It felt like the individual at the desk cared more about arguing than hearing a customer out. Another difference I noticed...this was the first place that didn't offer water afterwards. Water after massage is important. By reading other reviews I anticipate a defensive/argumentative response, but what I sincerely hope is that this company look at their policies, see what other places are doing for customers & seriously consider being open to feedback. They could be really great, but they need some fine tuning.
