CubeSmart Self Storage

I met with Kurt and Siobhan at the Richmond cube smart storage, both were very nice people and very knowledgeable about the facility and units that were available and prices, I ended up getting a 5x10 at a great price which was very much needed. The place is clean and secure with a great location and easy access to route 95. I highly recommend that if you have any storage needs that you visit this place firstnThanks Kurt

I am very unhappy with cube smart . I was out of town and sick with Covid. During that time . Without being notified cube smart broke into my unit. No ad was placed in any publication. Now how do I even know if something is missing. What you did is called Breaking and entering. It’s a crime. If I was legally evicted then fine but No notice what’s so ever was sent to me till long after my unit was broken into by Cube Smart employees. . Other then Kurt everyone there has been a pain. My experience has been horrible, if there was no star rating I would of chose that. How can I ever think my valuables are safe at #cubesmart

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this storage facility. The facility in Richmond is clean, secure, and secluded. The manager Kurt Russell went out of his way to set me up with a great space at an even better price! He was super friendly and is a great asset to your company. I tell everyone I know that if they need a great storage unit for now or the indefinite future, FIND A LOCAL CUBESMART and take some pressure off the moving process. Thanks Kurt!

I have had a storage unit here for many years and the management has been wonderful! No matter what I needed, they have had my back. And that has meant a lot. Highly recommended!

First, we found Kurt and Heather to be very helpful and friendly throughout our time using Cube Smart. They were also very professional and on top of security. They immediately notified us when they discovered our unit was not properly locked and followed through until it was. Second, renting the unit itself made it easy to refresh our home room by room without feeling overwhelmed by clutter.
