I am so impressed with your company!! I did not give notice that we were gradually emptying out our unit and was done sooner than expected. It just so happened that the day we finished with emptying the unit was the monthly billing date. They credited out debit card which I was so great full for as they did not have to do that. The professionalism was extraordinary! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage and will definitely use them again if needed! Thank you so much!!!

Gary and Dave are so friendly and helpful. I rented a unit with them a couple of years ago and the experience was excellent. They were always so nice, and the facility itself is very clean. This is exactly why I chose the Cumberland facility again this time around. I just recently called with a couple of questions that I had and Gary was very helpful. He also helped me set up Easy Pay while we were on the phone. Top notch operation!

Extra Storage Space in Cumberland, RI (197 Dexter Street) is an excellent storage facility. The staff is helpful and always professional. The team helped me find the right unit for my needs and the monthly rate was very fair.nnI rented a unit for many months and found the facility itself to be very secure, I have been there to access my unit during both the day and night. The unit itself was also very secure and the lock I received from the team was a solid durable key padlock.nnDefinitely will return to Extra Storage Space for any future storage needs!

This is the first time my husband and I have rented a storage unit. Dave and Gary were so helpful in answering all of my questions! They were so kind and friendly over the phone, and renting the unit was an easy process. When we arrived at the unit, we couldn’t believe how clean and safe it was there! Both Gary and Dave at Extra Space Storage have been fantastic. I needed a vehicle storage compartment for my Corvette and Gary was kind enough to take me to one of the enclosed containers and show it to me. I spoke with both guys a few times on the phone and they were always pleasant and most informative each & every time. When it came time to renting a storage compartment Gary took me through every step of the way on the phone showing great patience with me. I would definitely recommend this facility dealing with either of those men 110%!!!!! Not only do they show exemplary customer service, they have some of the best rates around.
