We have been there for a long time, the owner Rudy, is a great guy..very accommodating, and he runs a great business.. there are a ton of bands here with a decent sense of community.. everyone looks out for each other , and no one has to worry about their gear.. very safe and secure...the loading dock is very convenient for load in and out , and the common areas are very clean ..nnRudy's retail store is very well stocked, and they are open most days and nights.. he is a fender lic dealer. And has ordered me products factory direct, with a quick turnaroundnnHe has rehearsal spaces available for hourly rental as well which is awesome for touring bands. Or locals with an immediate neednnThe bottom line is. The music complex is an awesome spot to rehearse.. if you are social. There's a lot of cool bands to know. Best place around to get rehearsal space. Very well managed and quite secure despite the location. 24 hour access to boot.nStore inside where you can grab some nice used instruments, or little thing that can ruin a sessions like drum heads, sticks or guitar strings.nVery well managed by super friendly owner.nAlso, they offer recording services, which I can't really speak to having never utilized them.

Great staff. Great rooms to rehearse. Great retail and repair. You can't go wrong with great prices too! Brilliant!

Brought someone to see if they had studio rentals which they did. They also have singing lessons which I need. We'll see how it works out.
