Social distancing is in place for your safety. The personal are very informative and knowledgeable about the products they sell and are very friendly upon your arrival. The sales girl Allison who helped myself and my daughter got us the phones we wanted and had us up and running in a short period of time and got us all squared away and on our way. I'm completely satisfied with the product that I purchased and the service at this establishment and would recommend it to anyone that I know and will definitely be using there services in the future for other products.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the Verizon store on Mendon Rd in Cumberland. Allison helped me out along with another sweet couple a the same time. She was the only one working at the time and was so patient during the whole process. It was a great and easy experience! Highly recommend this store and working with Allison!
