I would've gave the place 5 stars, but the front desk staff was a little difficult to work with. I had to wait to pay, a big amount, a while why the receptionist was on the phone. Overall, great experience. Hydro bath staff were very accommodating and polite. Message therapist was absolutely amazing, a very much needed message. I will definitely come back when in the area. Hopefully my therapist is still there. Great job.

Sent my wife for an all day package and she said everything was great except she did feel she was rushed through her hair and make up sessions.
