I went to Glendale for them to set up the phone and they told me they couldn't help me because we didn't buy the phone from that location. They gave me nothing but misinformation. Had to drive around to find another location to help me. Ended up calling t-mobile to help me but wasnt helpful. Ended up coming to maumee location which finally helped me! I am very unhappy with Glendale and customer service. Thank you maumee team!

Do Not go to this store. They are not a corporate store. They will lie to you all the time and then you will get stuck. Avoid! When you search for stores on T-Mobile website avoid any T-Mobile branded stores. Those are franchise. Especially, this one.
