I got my iPhone 12 Pro Max here and just ordered a Apple Watch. The manager Zachary Cain is a wonderful employee and is always so nice and welcoming. I live 35 minutes away but I will come to this store only because of him. Thank you

They really can't help me. I have Verizon service but I bought my phone at Walmart. They can't help set up apps or another service I. Eligible for even though they are selling the same promo offer. The people working in the Montpelier store are new and not as knowledgeable, young kids. So unless you need hardware, not much help other than paying your bill.

Dawan was great. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was in and out in under an hour and 15 minutes for a complete upgrade and he was training a new associate. I have been very pleased over the years going to this location.
