Your Pharmacy people are the greatest. Today Tiffani’s call to remind me of my prescription and to tell me about the curbside pick up was so appreciated. Her voice was so kind and during this virus crisis and worries it is so nice to hear an upbeat and positive voice when there is so much negative. I was smiling when I hung up. And then I the technician who took my call from the curbside and brought out the prescription (I feel badly I have forgotten his name) was wonderful. He was very professional and patient as I spoke through my mask. I couldn’t even understand myself🙂. Thank you for everything you are all doing.
Nobody loves going to the pharmacy. I kind of wonder if that is why there is a low rating. They have been pretty helpful. The girl on the phone today was fantastic.
I've always had a good experience with this pharmacy! Now with the Wal-Mart pharmacy ap i don't have to wait in line at all for my medication I have to get each month. I have no complaints at all.
Have used this pharmacy for several years. Staff are pleasant, hours are convenient. Pharmacists are very helpful and knowledgeable.
This is the most nitpicky pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacists have questioned several times why I or my wife were prescribed a certain medication and asked for evidence. If they are going to question why I was prescribed something why not ask the prescribing doctor. In the end they asked us not to fill at this pharmacy because they disagreed with the doctors reasons for prescribing and refused to fill the prescription. I believe it's not their place to decide who needs what medication against a doctor's recommendation. We ended up filling elsewhere with no problems and obviously haven't been back.
Otherwise the wait time is occasionally long because it is a smaller pharmacy and the staff at checkout are very friendly.
