I took my D'Angelico guitar to Kevin to get it set up as the action was way too high making it not so fun to play anymore. Kevin is very detailed and thorough, explaining the entire process. He did a fantastic job lowering the action and adjusting the truss rod to make the guitar 100% more playable. It sounds beautiful and I really enjoy playing it again now.nAfter talking with Kevin, he is very knowledgeable about acoustic guitars and how to truly customize a guitar built for the individual. Being a hardwood person myself, I enjoyed hearing his extensive knowledge on the sound characteristics of each wood type.nHis shop will be my go to source for anything acoustic guitar related and I highly recommend his services to anybody wanting a quality repair or a great quality custom made guitar to your specifications.nKevin is truly a master at his craft!nThank you!

Kevin's shop is wonderful and a reflection of the care and skill he clearly puts into every job he takes! Even for just a set up on a new guitar, he took the time to explain all the details of his adjustments. He is clearly a very skilled and knowledgeable craftsman. What a great experience. We are very lucky to have such a great shop not to far from where we live. Kevin made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. You could sense his passion for guitars. He went over everything he was doing. It was way different trying then a huge shop where they give you a number and say they will call when done. I never realized there were so many different measuring tools to check on a guitar. We had an issue with my daughters guitars and I just picked it up yesterday and it is perfect. She is so happy. Kevin not only fixed the issue but clean and polished everything on it. Thanks for a great experience.
