I try to shop local but not here. I tried contacting through Facebook, response was immediate but inaccurate and unhelpful. It felt like I was talking to a highschooler texting friends versus a business. I called the store and the poor customer service continued. Whoever answered was very rude and short with me. Clearly they don't want or need my business.
Great place, great service, quick but professional work. You won't be disappointed with there work. I would recommend this place to everyone. Fair prices on work and instruments. Kenny G actually got his instrument fixed here. There is a you tube video of him playing at Fordeley's. Great place!!!
Frank is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I had some pretty serious work done by him on a distressed Fender Strat. He explained everything in great detail. Did the work for a fair price, and prompt turnaround. The results are absolutely amazing.nI’m not sure that you can find a true craftsman with his skill. An artist!!!nThank you Frank.

I called to see if they had instruments for rental. Was told they do, given the rate, quoted on a cash purchase and liked what I heard. Never did I fathom the experience I was about to have. The owner was the person on the phone who helped me and the person I dealt with in the store. He not only has great customer service but he enjoys what he does. I expected to do a money transaction, get my merchandise, and be on my way. I got that plus way more! He took time to show my son all there was to know about his new trumpet. How to care for it, the proper formation of his mouth, how to get the sound he was looking for and much more. I highly recommend this place for your instrument needs! So much that my son will be returning for weekly lessons! Thanks Uncle Frank! 3 decades of service!
