Very friendly and helpful. I bought a good phone at a good price.
The staff was the most disrespectful and unprofessional that I have ever seen. Waited an hour to have a number ported over to Metro from AT&T then figured out the kid doing it was using the wrong phone number. When I corrected it, he never said sorry or anything for making us sit and waste an hour o our time. I had a spinal cord injury a few years ago and walk with crutches but was NEVER even offered a chair. I think because of Covid they had no chairs out but come on....you make me wait an hour because you don't enter the data correctly and don't even offer me a seat. To top it off, we are going through a pandemic and the staff wasn't even wearing masks. Will NEVER return to this store.
I called the Arlington store today and a young female answered the phone very unprofessionally first, I informed her I would like to change my SIM card into another phone. She gave me 2 different prices and I asked her which one it was and she hung up on me.
Called and the lady was super rude tried to charge me 30 for insurance that is only 6 dollars... so went there still got a attitude from the same woman with fake eyelashes never again will I go into that store period
I kept asking for the price of the phone I wanted but they wouldn't respond instead went ahead and started ringing me up for the phone and actually cut my phone off! When he finally tells me the price and I say I dont have enough he says well I already switched it. I did not tell him to do that so now im stuck there for almost 2 hours waiting for them to call customer service to fix it back. Then I go to the one on exchange because they never try to get over on you and find out that the Arlington store used my upgrade even though I never purchased the phone! Never again they always try to pressure you into buying something you can't afford and lie and say they don't have any cheap phones while exchange street and Waterloo rd always has them
