This location has very bad customer service. Employees feel they can talk to you disrespectfully. They definitely need to learn proper customer service skills. Not only that their supervisor allows them to speak to you in that way. He will also try and justify their actions. Trust me stay away from this one and choose another location.
The manager does not return calls. The young lady who works in there will cancel your order and not tell you anything. This location needs new management and customer service training ASAP. Don’t waste your time on this location. If they are having a bad day they will take it out on you just for asking a question. I don’t know who the regional manager is .. But I would definitely like to have a conversation with him.

Cancelled our order because the lady on the phone had an attitude then proceeded to say that there was nothing they could do on Christmas Eve
Made me wait till Christmas Eve to receive my order and then canceled it a few hours before it was supposed to be delivered
