After dealing with customer service on the phone for literally 6 and a half hours 11 reps and being put on hold i drove to the store and the staff there was amazing. Took a while due to no fault of theirs. ( they had to repair the damage customer service had done) thank you Zack and the staff here..

Friendly staff, excellent customer service. They work to lower your expenses. I was able to save over a $100 on other streaming services using the T-Mobil streaming.

Do not go here, they had no clue what to do about my service issue, telling me to just buy out the phone for 500 dollars because their system can't figure out that I had my phone insured, through the service I pay for from them, a joke went to a different store they told me call the customer care get the numbers switched for imei of the phones, and look at me now Iphone 12 pro,nThey really need some technical training not sales training

This is the BEST sprint store I’ve been to in all the years I’ve been with sprint; very energetic & knowledge staff. Exceptional customer service always starts from the top. The manager goes above and beyond to make your experience easy and stress-free. Dawn is also my other favorite employee to work with! The store is always super clean & organized so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. All the accessories are always well stocked so you never have to wait for anything to come in. I would definitely recommend this store to all my family and friends.
