Very friendly on the phone. Flexible payments. Willing to work with customers behind on several payments.nYes, they are a little expensive or pricey yet they except most credit if you have proof of an income that exceeds more than your rent and utilities.nAlso you can pay off the item quicker which will drop the total price of your purchase immensely.n****It's another way for those with crummy credit to rebuild their credit.**** ( Making on time payments or early payments )nThank you RAC for allowing me the opportunity to rebuild my credit along with having something useful to make my life easier.nI'm very impressed with the young lady I spoke with on the phone and in person. I believe her name was Rachelle B.nRachelle's attitude and personality made things much easier since she was able to explain that with little to NO credit I would have to start with smaller items 1st then maybe I could make bigger purchases. Yet... before I can purchase more costly items I must show ability to rent/smaller items once I proved that I made payments on time or earlier than when they are due along with the item being 85% or more paid off I will be able to make bigger purchases.nI WISH THERE WERE MORE PEOPLE LIKE THEnpaid off. EMPLOYEES AT RAC ON KENMORE BLVD !!!!

They really don't harass you like they did many years ago. Calling on the day your payment is due to remind you, seems fair to me. They are always friendly and accommodating. Love Brandon and the delivery guys!

Sharon Brandon and Sean are all sweethearts. They work with you and try to help as best they can if you skip a payment. I've been a customer with this store for over 10yrs. My mother had been a loyal customer for over 20yrs when they were rainbow and I cant remember the one before that so this is the store I prefer.

I def agree with prices are way to high...They could still make money off of charging people a decent price...other then the prices I have had great experiences with rent a center..
