Needed 4 sound cables and they had the exact cables I needed...
Had several complaints from artist using the in house brand speakers for acoustic sets. I reached out to the company 18 days after owning them since we were outta town and they pulled the whole ohh it’s past your 15 day allowance I didn’t even wanna return them I was interested in swapping out for other model speakers to see if those sounded better.
Bought a fog machine without a remote timer. My own fault. Impulse buy. After realizing my mistake I ordered a remote timer. I had some issues getting timer to work. Spoke with Jessie who was very helpful. She issued me a credit for the bad remote, actually called me back afterwards because she was concerned I wouldn't have what I needed for an upcoming party. Sent me another remote no charge which did the trick. Nice to see a company that stands by their products and actually cares about the customers. Thanks again. Great people.
