I have been a Verizon customer since 1993 without change and I want to recognize Kayla Knight as the most kindest, knowledgeable Verizon representative that I have ever met. Kayla listened and took time with me as though I was the only person in the world with a Verizon phone she succeeded in achieving what I need to know and help with, before I left the store. Please allow me to say thank you Kayla Knight, you took time with a woman who's approaching 70 and will remain a Verizon customer thanks to you
Please go see Charlie or Alex. They will not try to sell you things you don’t need. They look out for your best interest. They are amazing and honest.nPlease ask for them
Charles was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me activate my new phone. He was able to answer all questions that I had.
Very willing to help, polite and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions in language I, as a senior citizen could relate with. Other stores were fast talking and used Hi-Tech phrases. Will definitely recommend this store.
I'm usually not happy about cell phones and cellphone companies. Still don't like cellphones in general. But since I must have one im glad I went here. Got a very good phone for a fair price. Great attitudes all around. Life is weird and frustrating right now. But I was actually relieved when I left the store. It was a very good experience. Thanks to Alex who was very professional , knowledgeable and helpful.
