In my experience with T-Mobile I have had a plethora of issues in just 11 days of having service. The only saving grace was this stores employees. Kody and Daisy have been the biggest help and were able to ease my mind a bit. After everything was said and done I have spent a good 4 hours in the store with them and I just have to say AMAZING. They were extremely helpful despite the issues we have had. THANK YOU!!nEdit: the 5G is pretty sick too

Went in today to pay my bill. Cedric was helping me. I asked if this squares away my bill. He just shrugged his shoulders. He asked me if I wanted a receipt, I told him yes. The phone rang, he answered it and walked away from me completely ignoring me. I think my decision to switch back to Verizon was a wise one.

after getting a new phone for christmas I ended up picking the t-mobile revvl4+, but it gave me a lot of problems within the first couple hours of purchasing it , they helped me out with exchanging it for a Samsung galaxy A21, but the only thing that's frustrating is that I spent 40 dollars on the screen protector for the original faulty phone and they couldn't return it because they can't resell it and i couldn't exchance it because it would come out of the company's pocket. i understand rules are rules but I did spend $40 for no reason that I can't get back. at the very least the new screen protector was cheaper, only 25. other than that I appreciated their help over the past couple of days trying to get me a functioning phone ud83dude42 thanks!
