I was happy with the service until I got my verizon bill. I was informed I had a promotion of getting an Iphone SE for $300 off. Payed upfront the rest. When I got the bill I am now paying that 12.30 for the next 24 months to pay for that $300 I was suppose to have off. I am not happy that they were not up front with me. I had asked multiple times. I informed them I wanted to pay it out right and have nothing on my bill. They assured me that I would not have anything on my bill. My father then went in the next day was told the same thing and is now having to pay $300 back over the next 24 months. I will be contacting verizion. And I will not being going back to this one as they are not upfront with you about the deal.
Guys there are really sweet and kind. Great service. Highly recommend
Just went in today and had a great experience. Staff was prompt and easy to talk too. They helped me get everything I wanted and answered my questions. Nice to have something like this in town for convenience. Recommend!
Guys were awesome here!! Feels good to be able to walk in a Verizon store and not feel like your just another customer... The 2 guys working were stupid busy, but not to busy to let every customer in the store at time know they would get to us asap and that they valued us as customers!! Kudos to this store and the person running it A++
