I had to go to the photo lab 4 times within 2 days to pick up 12 photos! The machines are slow and glitchy and the workers aren't much different! They lost my order and the only explanation I got was that he didn't know what happened. He did not try to fix the problem nor did any other worker the day before when the machine wasn't working. The cashier completely ignored me to continue her conversation about things she dislikes about her workplace instead of working or helping a customer. The machine difficulties are one thing and are not really in their control but the customer service and problem solving skills need a lot of work!
