Excellent customer service! Highly recommend Randi and Steph! We went to upgrade two phones then we went back a second time to upgrade a third phone because they were so great! I will never go anywhere else!

I had less than 30 minutes to get a new phone and head to work. I was stressed and Stephanie was a huge help and had me out of there in 20 minutes. She was helpful to her co-worker, while getting my phone set up. She handled a grumpy customer with professionalism, even though he raised his voice at her and was completely rude to her for policy’s that are out of her control! (he was mad they did not except checks. Signs are posted.) Highly recommend Steph!

When several apps on my Google Pixel 2XL stopped working on Monday because of the bug that got in the Android system, I followed the instructions to go to the Play Store and download the Android system webview update and the Google Chrome update. Neither one worked for me! I was very upset because I couldn't get my mail, pay bills, etc. I called the Verizon Wireless Zone Store in Celina, and Stephanie said to bring my phone because they had had some luck in getting rid of it a different way. After less than 15 minutes, she had it back to normal!nIf you have the same problem, take your Android phone to Stephanie! She's great! ☺ufe0f❤ufe0fud83dudc4d

The two women who helped me did a good job. One of them was named Randi. She did a good job. They did a nice job overall.
