This was THE best place to get an instrument. For reference, I’m a college trombone player, and I was buying a professional horn. I didn’t see that Evan (best music store manager I’ve ever seen) had called me, but he ordered horns for me to try anyway. Seriously, shop here for your instrument needs. Thanks Evan!!
let me save you time and money amazon, the prices this place has is way too much. customer service is bad. have no respect and I've been renting for 3 years thanks for wasting my time and taking my money. You can go anywhere else and I bet you'll be better off
This is NOT BRUNO BROTHERS ANYMORE! . Employee was not very helpful, little to NO guitars on the walls anymore. This place seems more of like a music lessons place bring your own musical instrument type shop. Seems like nice people tho.
The store is very well organized and the staff is extremely friendly but the pricing of instruments is way overpriced! They wanted to sell me a beginners flute for my daughter for $500, which apparently was the starting price for them. I have NEVER paid more than $200 for a beginners flute.
Rettig Music to the rescue! Steller customer service! Had a flute emergency and time was of the essence. These guys laid out a game plan for fast and solid repairs and executed above expectations. Thank you so much!
