I love going to Sandals! I don’t get my nails done often, but every time I do, I make sure to book at Sandals. All of the staff is kind and helpful and good at what they do. I never have to wait if I book online in advance. And of course my nails always turn out beautiful! Love love love this nail salon!
Today was my first time visiting. I LOVE the atmosphere everyone was extremely nice. I think the nail tech that did my nails was Alex or Alexis. I found my new nail salon. I am beyond happy with my nails. I will be going back and will be referring all my friends
UPDATE: The owner, Heather V contacted me personally & offered to do my nails herself. She also gifted me a free pedicure. So, for those reasons I’m changing the 1 star to 3. Her communication is awesome.nnI-scheduled an appointment for a poly-gel shellacnmanicure, paid the deposit & received a confirmation text + email but, when I called to confirm it was randomly “cancelled” & I had to reschedule. When I showed up to my rescheduled appointment, I sat in the waiting area for 20 mins before asking the front desk assistant if I was there at the right time.. I showed her my new confirmation text for my rescheduled appointment & she was clueless. It was “cancelled” again & she had no idea why or who cancelled the appointment after I expressed that it wasn’t me. She asked if I wanted to reschedule AGAIN & when I asked how will I know that I’ll actually be in the system without being cancelled this time, she said she “didn’t know”. I live 20 minutes away from the location & my appointment was made a week ahead of time so, this was a huge disappointment. Customer service is awful & I do NOT recommend!!!
I have used Amanda at Sandals Spa and Nails twice I made my third appointment in the next three weeks. Amanda is cordial, professional, and friendly. She made me feel welcome and ask if she could do anything else for me. She does an excellent job with her manicure paying attention to detail.nnThe salon itself is professionally done. When you arrive you check in outside due to COVID-19 restrictions. Social distancing protocol is utilized.nnThe spa offers several services and will be relocating to a new building projected for April 2021. I enjoyed coming to Sandals and I will return again. All staff makes you feel welcome.
I love this place the employees are very nice and I just love the atmosphere. Very clean and Both of the Heathers are the best at what they do. Thank y’all so much I definitely will keep coming an definitely tell my friends an family. Can’t wait to see y’all again.
